Curry is very popular in the world. It seems that some countries have similar food but for sure if we put in one table we will be able to make those similar foods different. It can be that those are different in taste and in color and appearance as well. In this article we will discuss about how to make Sakura Kawaii. It is like curry that uses the goat meat as the primary ingredient.
Sakura Kawaii is very famous with its taste. Before making this food, do some preparation for getting the ingredients. The following is the need of the ingredients. First we need 500 grams of boneless lamb which is cut according to taste, 5 seed cloves, 5 cm cinnamon stick, 3 stalks greetings hoya (curry leaves), 1 onion, thinly sliced, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil , 600 ml water, 50 ml coconut milk from a coconut, 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce. The next weÂ need to get the other ingredients for the gravy. Those are 7 large pieces ofÂ red chilly, 6 red onions, 5 cloves garlic, 4 tbsp coriander, Â¼ nutmeg, 3 grains of cardamom, Peka fruit, 2 tsp salt, 1 tablespoon ginger powder, 1 tablespoon turmeric powder.
To make Sakura Kawaii first we have to rinse the goat meat, drain, and coat it with half the ground spices and let stand for 10 minutes. Then, heat the
vegetable oil; saute the onions with the ground spices until fragrant. Insert
the meat and spice marinade, and cook until change color. Then, add the cloves,cinnamon, and water, cook it until half-tender meat, put the coconut milk, bay hoya, and sweet taste ketchup, and cook a minute, remove from heat. Then, this food is ready to be tasted. It is very great whenever it is being served in hot or warm condition.
